After spending 18 years garnering international culinary experience and playing consultant to many popular kitchens in the city, Chef Gracian de Souza took the much-awaited leap of going back to his Goan roots for his first solo project Porto & Poie. The restaurant's culinary landscape was an adulation to the flavours, ingredients, history and spirit of Goa and Portugal.
